PAUL GEREMIA An amazing player on 6 &12 string guitars and harmonica, the affable Paul is one of the notables and nobles of the traditional blues scene and is perhaps the greatest living exponent of the East Coast and Texas fingerpicking and slide guitar styles. A smooth and superb stylist, singer/songwriter and instrumentalist, he deserves a place at the table with today's best traditional blues practitioners. He recorded his first album in 1968, having been significantly influenced by both the rural blues tradition and the folk music revival of the 1960s. He has never recorded with electric guitar, hewing steadfastly to a traditional ethic with his acoustic playing.
